Amar’s site identity
I choose a plain and simple logo and identity for my website. I also choose the yellow writing because I wanted it to pop but not to much out there. I wanted my site to be plain because when I think of sports it is always plain and simple.
Sports are not that really complicated with too many rules. I also wanted my site identity to be around sports because I have been doing them since I was 5. I always want to find somehow of a way to connect my learning or what I’m doing with my passions.
The microphone idea came to me because I like listening to all the sports podcasts first take, Joe Rogan is a big one as well. The edits were made on my apple iphone from the edit picture after the picture was taken. This is how I thought out the identity of my website.

Ja Morant gets his first career triple-double to defeat Washington Wizards
Morant ranks 6th in total points and 6th in total assists. He also ranks 2nd in FG% percentage and 2nd in average Game Score”
Morant destroyed the hearts at the Capital One Arena in Washington helping Mephis to come back and beat the Wizards in the fourth quarter. The Grizzlies are sitting at a playoff spot right now.
Ja Morant recorded his first triple-double against the Washington Wizards. Defeating the Wizards 106-99. Morant finished the game with 27 points, ten rebounds and ten assists. Despite being behind most of the game the grizzlies completed a comeback for the win. Morant hitting a clutch behind the ark three. After the game in the walk off interview Morant had to say this when FOX reporter John Fischer asked What got you guys going “ Our mindset we all felt like as a whole we weren’t playing how we wanted to play and we had to pick up our energy. It’s our fight that’s what we live by never give up”.
The point guard out of Murray State University. This triple-double has had a big impact on the position the Memphis Grizzlies are in right now. The young star was 2 points away from recording the all-time franchise record in the Memphis Grizzlies with most points scored in a triple-double. Morant has become the favourite for the rookie of the year award.
The rivalry of Zion Williamson and Ja Morant the first and second overall draft picks was expected to be heated for the rookie of the year. With Zion Williamson picking up an early injury the spotlight has shifted to him being the favourite for the rookie of the year. Memphis are hoping they can keep this run and team spirit to secure a playoff spot.

Plagiarism is unacceptable and you should avoid it
According to the Cambridge Dictionary Plagiarism is “The process of using another person’s work and pretending it is your own”. It is seen as a very cruel and considered “fraud” when you use someone’s ideas or work that isn’t your own and portray it as if it is yours. It is seen as “stealing” other people’s work. You are turning in work that is not yours to gain a high mark. To avoid plagiarism you need to learn to cite your work and ideas correctly and give adequate credit to the person’s work you are using i.e. Using quotations. Plagiarism isn’t just considered stealing words from a paragraph it is also considered stealing ideas from a writer without giving them the credit they deserve. Instead of trying to plagiarize another writer’s work try to examine their work and paraphrase it into your ideas and use that instead of plagiarizing other people’s work. There are heavy consequences for plagiarizing that can result in failing that course, assignment. In some places like university plagiarizing isn’t tolerated and can have huge consequences like being kicked out of the university and being kicked out of the class as well. As you may see plagiarism isn’t taken lightly and it has serious effects when it is done.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
